SENZANS INDUSTRIAL is an OEM/ODM manufacturer of laptop stands, phone holders, monitor stands, and other mounting solutions. Ever wondered how a raw aluminum plate becomes a solid, elegant stand? Let’s walk through every critical step – from design to delivery.
Have you ever wondered how that sleek, sturdy aluminum stand in your hand goes from a flat aluminum plate to a finished product?
Many people think making a stand is as simple as “cut it, bend it, spray some paint.” In reality, a qualified stand goes through dozens of processes from drawing to shelf. Every step affects the final user experience.
Today, SENZANS INDUSTRIAL takes you inside our factory to reveal the journey of an aluminum stand.
Station 1: Drawing & Design – The “DNA” of the Product
Everything starts with a requirement.
After a customer presents a concept, our R&D team conducts structural design, mechanical analysis, and process evaluation. At this stage, we consider: load capacity? Folding mechanism? Surface finish? Mold feasibility?
This step determines the product’s “DNA”. Poor design makes all subsequent steps worthless.
SENZANS INDUSTRIAL has multiple R&D engineers who respond quickly to custom requests, ensuring quality from the very beginning.
Station 2: Mold Development – The Foundation of Precision
Once the drawing is confirmed, we develop the mold.
Molds are the “mother of industry”. Their precision directly determines the dimensional consistency of every product. A good mold ensures every batch fits perfectly. A poor mold leads to large assembly gaps, loose hinges, and surface defects.
SENZANS INDUSTRIAL started from mold design, so we understand its importance. Every mold is precisely calculated and repeatedly tested to guarantee mass production accuracy.
Station 3: CNC Machining – Carving the Drawing into Reality
Aluminum plates enter CNC machines and are precision‑machined according to programmed paths.
This is the key step where the stand takes shape. CNC equipment cuts the stand’s profile, hinge holes, screw holes, cooling slots, and other features. Machining precision directly affects how tightly the parts fit together.
SENZANS INDUSTRIAL owns 70 CNC machines (55 milling machines + 15 lathes), ensuring consistent precision and the ability to handle large‑volume orders while keeping every product dimensionally identical.

Station 4: Surface Finishing – The “Makeup” for Looks and Durability
The machined stand is still a “rough blank” with tool marks and burrs. It goes through multiple surface treatment steps:
| Process | Purpose |
|---|---|
| Polishing | Remove tool marks and burrs, improve smoothness |
| Sandblasting | Create a fine, uniform matte texture |
| Anodizing | Form a protective film, enhance corrosion resistance and color |
SENZANS INDUSTRIAL has 85 polishing machines, 4 automatic sandblasters, and 2 anodizing lines – all surface finishing is done in‑house, ensuring consistent color, feel, and durability across every product.
Station 5: Assembly – Turning Parts into a Product
After surface finishing, all components move to the assembly line.
Assembly is not just “putting pieces together”. Each screw’s torque, each clip’s engagement depth, and the hinge’s damping feel all have strict standards. Skilled assembly workers follow standardized work instructions to ensure consistent assembly quality for every stand.
SENZANS INDUSTRIAL has 16 assembly lines, flexibly handling different product requirements and guaranteeing scalable delivery.

Station 6: Quality Control – No Defects Leave the Factory
Assembly is not the end. Every batch undergoes strict quality inspections:
- Incoming Quality Control (IQC) – raw materials are inspected before entering the warehouse; non‑conforming materials are rejected.
- In‑Process Quality Control (IPQC) – regular patrol inspections during production; key processes have quality control points.
- Outgoing Quality Control (OQC) – before finished products are stored, random sampling and full inspection are conducted.
SENZANS INDUSTRIAL is equipped with dozens of testing devices, including 2D measuring instruments, salt spray testers, drop testers, hinge life testers, etc., ensuring every batch meets quality standards.

Station 7: Packaging & Shipping – The Last Mile of Protection
Products that pass inspection enter the packaging stage.
Packaging is not just “putting into a box”. A well‑designed interior protects the product during transit. Standardized labeling makes it easy for customers to manage inventory.
SENZANS INDUSTRIAL has a professional materials and warehouse management team, ensuring every order is delivered on time, with the right quality and quantity.
Conclusion
From a concept to a finished product, the birth of an aluminum stand involves dozens of tightly controlled processes, precision collaboration of many machines, and seamless coordination across multiple departments.
SENZANS INDUSTRIAL has years of experience in stand manufacturing, with a complete in‑house chain from mold design to surface finishing. Every stand is a practice of “striving for perfection”.
